Lordosis is a common problem for many people experience and in these videos i’ve tried to explain the basics that cause it.

Part 1 of How to Correct Lordosis will give you an overview of the whole problem, you’ll know what muscles need to be stretched and which muscles to be strengthened.  By the time you reach the end of these series of videos you’ll be ready for the How to Correct Lordosis 12 Week Plan, which is outlines all the exercises, stretches and lifestyle advice you need to be able to correct Lordosis.

Part 2 of How to Correct Lordosis goes a little more in-depth on some of the specific muscles that are outlined in part 1, I am asked why you might need to know this more in depth knowledge about Lordosis and my answer is always the same; when you come to doing an exercise plan for lordosis you’ll have a greater probability of successfully completing it because you’ll know exactly what you’re doing and why, without the knowledge it will seem a bit like you’re going through the motions.

Part 3 of How to Correct Lordosis is a final look at another muscle and area of the body that influences Lordosis, this is again aimed at giving you the knowledge to correct Lordosis. You’ll better understand what stretches and exercises you need to do and when you listen to other people talk about what you need to do you’ll know whether they are giving you good or bad information.
